Sisterly love!

Enjoy this resurrection finger rosary - keeping your loved one in your pocket!
This amethyst stone finger rosary was made for a dear devoted Catholic friend which depicts a image of a beloved sister who was lost to cancer. I met my friend in art school so I wanted the finish to have an artsy look tying our friendship together. Donna may you rest in peace - much love to you K!!

I remember you!

Remember to pray for the those who have gone before us - great way is through a finger rosary! Enjoy! This finger rosary remembers the passing of a beloved father - the red for the month he passed away. Encouraging words to pray for his time in purgatory then release into heaven. Great way to pass down a memory for generations to come!

And for the ROSARIES - for each of his girls

Now for the final presentation of the finger rosaries made for each of Tom's girls... his wife and three daughters. Each rosary was unique; the daughters had a picture of themselves w their dad and stamped prayers on the back tailored w each girls name. The wife's rosary had a single picture of her husband w a together picture on the back in the shape of a heart. The selection of stones reflected their favorite color, hence their personality. I will share a sampling -

Rocking it!

Why the resin was setting I worked on the stones for the finger rosary. Each color represents the daughter or wife's favorite color. The wife of the decease has a different set of pictures while the daughters have an image of themself with their dad. Enjoy!

The big cover up...

Now the dried power coating covers the picture then warms up to a melting point and produces a resin over the image. This was done on every frame that held an image. This take a moment to do so I went on to another part of the project... you will see tomorrow!! Enjoy!!

Now to attach.... and stick

Now each window is filled with a bonding chemcial to adhere to the metal. This needs to set for 24 hours. This same product will be washed over the top of the image to ensure it will stay in place for years to come. Again it needs to cure.
Enjoy!

Now it is time to punch it out...

Each piece of metal has the need for many holes which is the connector spots. There were a lot of metal confetti after this job - bracelet and four finger rosaries. Enjoy!
