A new twist

Here the piece is wired as well as strung for the neck portion. This was done so it would lay flat. The irony on this process is that the design took a turn in a different direction. This was not the intention of the originally drawn designed. This piece has movement w the added pearls at the bottom and the sun burst effect with the dangle 'rays' and additional loose tri dangles at the focal point. It is looking great on the client. Lets twist 'er' up

The lay out of the beads are agreed upon, everything is lining up perfectly. Now it is time to wire the individual sets with a double wrapped loop - great strength yet beautiful soft in pinks and purples. Enjoy!!

Celebrate Cancer Survivors

Another pair of beautiful earrings - Purple Chalcedony with square sterling silver wire work post earrings. I really like the knot at the top - a sign of working together. This makes me smile

I am so in love with this piece... the colors and the shapes. I hand sawed the metal and made box prongs. First time doing this and then filled with polymer to give it more color. I also used metal 'dots' for the back so it can be worn either way. I love the dangles and the color combination of the glass beads both top and bottom. The purple satin cord nicely pulled it together. This piece makes me happy! Enjoy!! This piece is available.

Good Monday Morning Everyone!! As many know, I love purple, and of course I couldn't pass up a purple geo slice! I loved the shapes in this stone and tried to saw the brass metal sheet to mimic the organic shape. I painted the hand textured brass metal to show up the hammering marks which compliments the purple stone. I also used rivets for the bail which is subtle since the prongs in this piece are cut metal tabs. I really wanted a festive mixture of color for the textile. This piece is definitely edgy! Enjoy! A dad's gift to his children

The next set of rosary images were all commission by a wonderful man (father) for all his children for Christmas. I will start w his daughter's rosaries (6).
