Happy Fall everyone - and I am sorry that I forgot to post yesterday w the finished art work... sorry - crazy day got away from me. :/ Here is the final piece completely put together... this special piece was made for my pen pal in England to whom we have been writing since 1974. I was beyond excited to give it to her when I met up with Debbie and her family in August. Great memories! Enjoy!!

These earrings were an exercise of trial. The copper metal has been manipulated in several ways including corrugating in various directions. They are very light and 'secretive', in that the design invites you to peek inside or yearn to see what the pod holds. Guess you have to get your hands on them to find out! Carry the sunset with you

This arty necklace is hand sawed textured copper sheet metal. The stone I purchased a few years back while vacationing a cave site. I just loved the colors on the geo slice. I was inspired to make prongs for this piece to show more of the stone. My solution made both sides look different, yet wearable on either side of the carnelian slice. This makes me smile

I am so in love with this piece... the colors and the shapes. I hand sawed the metal and made box prongs. First time doing this and then filled with polymer to give it more color. I also used metal 'dots' for the back so it can be worn either way. I love the dangles and the color combination of the glass beads both top and bottom. The purple satin cord nicely pulled it together. This piece makes me happy! Enjoy!! This piece is available.
